Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply high-quality paint coatings using brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, and other power tools across various surfaces including walls, ceilings, trim, stucco, masonry, and industrial structures Execute renovation and restoration projects by matching existing finishes and performing drywall repair, plastering, and fixture installation Use hand tools such as putty knives, scrapers, multitools Operate construction site equipment including ladders, scaffolding, and lifts, safely and efficiently Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly while adhering to safety protocols Skills Extensive experience with residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting, and industrial coating techniques Ability to operate hand tools such as caulking guns, paintbrushes, scrapers; power tools including airless sprayers; power washers Knowledge of maintenance procedures for painting equipment to ensure longevity and performance Hands-on experience in construction site safety practices along with handyman experience for versatile project support Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a lasting impact!
