Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in painting and surface preparation techniques. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Familiarity with drywall installation and repair. Ability to safely operate table saws and other woodworking tools. Basic knowledge of carpentry and fiberglass materials. Understanding of spray-painting equipment and techniques. Good depth perception to ensure precise application and finishing. Experience with MIG welding is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or formal training in painting or related trades. Experience working on commercial or industrial painting projects. Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing drywall or other materials to ensure proper paint adhesion. Operate and maintain equipment such as table saws and spray-painting apparatus safely and efficiently. Perform minor carpentry and fiberglass repairs as needed to prepare surfaces or complete finishing tasks. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and make touch-ups or corrections as necessary. Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and proper handling of hazardous materials. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and project requirements.
