Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Painter / Drywaller to join our team in delivering high-quality painting services to our clients. Most all of our projects require, some variety of insulation, drywall repair and paint work. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in painting and drywall, if you also can do a small amount of carpentry that is a plus. . This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A professional, reliable personality is a must. First and foremost this position requires someone who is experienced in residential repaints, working in occupied homes.

Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by repairing, and priming as necessary.
• Perform large drywall repairs on a regular and professional basis
• Perform light carpentry (small amount of occasional trim work)
• Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.

Experience:

• Experience working in owner occupied residential proprties
• Familiarity with water damage restoration helpful.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
