to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition through expert body repair, painting, and finishing techniques. Your energy and precision will ensure our customers receive high-quality repairs that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening using hand tools and power tools. Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer to ensure smooth finishes. Apply automotive paint using airless paint spraying equipment and buffing techniques for flawless results. Conduct auto glass replacement and repair to restore vehicle safety and integrity. Utilize welding skills to repair or replace damaged metal components as needed. Assist with detailing, cleaning, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery or further repairs. Maintain accurate records of repair procedures, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle to support auto estimating processes. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or background in auto body repair is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and auto restoration. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and buffing machines. Knowledge of auto glass replacement and welding techniques is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship. Familiarity with auto estimating software and basic mechanic experience is advantageous. Commitment to safety standards and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
