This role helps maintain the appearance and overall condition of one of Houston's premier private clubs. We're looking for someone who works with urgency, cares about doing things the right way, and enjoys being part of a strong team culture. What You'll Do Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, patching, and caulking Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers safely and effectively Help with basic repairs and facility upkeep as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas Clean and care for tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment properly Support the facilities team with projects across the property What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Painting or maintenance experience preferred Basic carpentry and repair skills are a plus Ability to safely use power tools and equipment Why Join TPC Houston?
