• Full-time One Vision Painting is looking for an experienced Painting Manager to join our growing team.

Pay:

Position Requirements:

✔ Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) ✔ Proven painting experience with strong knowledge of residential painting methods, products, and finishes ✔ Ability to effectively manage and motivate a small crew ✔ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control and craftsmanship ✔ Efficient and productive while maintaining high standards ✔ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license ✔ Willing to travel 30+ miles when required ✔ Available to work 40-50 hours per week ✔ Available for occasional weekend work when projects require it ✔ Professional appearance and attitude ✔ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills ✔ Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members ✔ Ability to identify jobsite issues and proactively provide solutions ✔ Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
