What We're Looking For:

Experience in construction, carpentry, or similar hands-on work is a plus! Ability to operate power tools like nail guns, hammers, and saws. Basic math skills - nothing too fancy, just the basics. A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.

What You'll Do:

Repair pallets using power tools (nail guns, saws, hammers) Inspect and restore pallets to top condition. Work fast, hit goals, and keep safety first Stay on the move-lifting, bending, and stacking all shift long Keep your workspace clean and organized Be ready for overtime when needed (extra $$!)
