Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom assistance under the guidance of certified teachers Offer 1:1 or small group support to students needing extra help Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment Assist with academic activities, behavior management, and personal care as needed Prepare materials and help with lesson implementation Monitor student engagement and progress, providing feedback to teachers Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, or other non-instructional activities
