Paralegal

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support business licensing and regulatory compliance activities for a Contract position. This role focuses on coordinating licensing matters, maintaining organized documentation, and helping the team stay aligned with evolving legal and regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and submission of business license applications, renewals, amendments, and related filings.
• Track regulatory obligations and communicate relevant rule or policy updates to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain complete and well-organized records for licenses, filings, approvals, and agency correspondence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect documentation and business information needed for licensing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve licensing procedures and help streamline day-to-day workflow efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact with government and regulatory agencies regarding licensing questions and status updates.
