We're seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant / Legal Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable adopting new software and AI tools.Role Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant to paralegals and attorneys, you will an important part of our firm's operations. You will manage clerical tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, and support casework from intake to completion. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and quick to learn new software and AI-enhanced processes.Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support for paralegals and attorneys Client intake, data entry, and maintenance of confidential client files Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, pleadings, motions, client letters, and discovery requests Utilize AI tools to draft, summarize, and analyze documents; review outputs for accuracy and compliance Conduct conflict checks, manage time tracking, billing support, and invoice preparation Electronic filing (e-filing) and document management across platforms Prepare and organize trial binders, exhibits, and discovery materials Compliance with confidentiality, and firm policies Assist with process improvement and rollout of new software/tools Provide exceptional client service, including clear, empathetic communication with clients and team Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of administrative or paralegal support experience; experience in family law preferred or a recent graduate of an accredited paralegal school.
