Job Description

Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a positive impact every day by supporting students and educators as a Paraprofessional on a contract basis. Work in a dynamic school environment near York, PA, where you'll collaborate with teachers and help create an inclusive classroom that fosters academic and social growth. Desired Qualifications:
Experience as a paraprofessional or in related educational support roles Understanding of classroom routines and a passion for helping children Ability to assist with instructional activities under teacher guidance Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students and staff Adaptability and patience working with diverse student populations High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications preferred Ability to maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
