Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role Knowledge of effective strategies for assisting students with varying abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptability and a patient, compassionate approach Ability to follow teacher guidance and established classroom procedures High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
