Seasonal Guest Experience & Spa Concierge Chipeta Lodge Resort + Spa - Ridgway, CO Job Overview Chipeta Lodge Resort + Spa is seeking a friendly, organized, and guest-focused Seasonal Guest Experience & Spa Concierge to support our Front Desk and Spa teams during the busy season. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, multitasking, and interacting with guests in a fast-paced boutique resort environment. The role focuses heavily on phones, reservations, guest inquiries, and supporting spa/day pass operations so our Front Desk team can remain focused on hotel arrivals and in-house guests. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls for hotel, spa, and restaurant inquiries Assist guests with hotel reservations, spa bookings, and dining questions Check in spa guests and pool/day pass users Support spa scheduling and guest flow coordination Maintain clean and welcoming lobby, spa, and public spaces Assist with guest questions, directions, and property information Help organize towels, robes, and guest amenities Provide support to Front Desk operations during busy periods Deliver warm, professional guest service at all times Qualifications Hospitality, spa, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable multitasking and staying organized Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems Weekend and holiday availability required Schedule Seasonal position Part-time or full-time availability may be considered Flexible scheduling based on business levels Benefits Employee discounts on lodging, dining, and spa services Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within hospitality operations Work in a beautiful mountain resort setting in Ridgway, Colorado Pay $18-$22 per hour DOE About Chipeta Lodge Resort + Spa Chipeta Lodge Resort + Spa is a boutique mountain resort located in Ridgway, Colorado, offering lodging, spa services, weddings, events, and dining at White Buffalo Restaurant & Bar.
