Key Qualifications:

Ed Tech Certification or RBT Certification required Previous experience in a classroom, special education, or as a paraprofessional preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to empowering students Ability to adhere to educational plans and follow behavioral support strategies

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized instructional and behavioral support to an elementary student Implement teacher-guided lesson plans and activities Assist with classroom management to ensure a safe, productive learning environment Collect data and maintain documentation on student progress Support classroom routines, including transitions, organization, and daily living tasks Foster social and emotional growth through encouragement and consistent, positive interactions Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 7:30am-2:15pm, offering balance and predictability to your week.
