With hours from 7:30am-3:30pm, you'll collaborate closely with lead teachers and supervisors, working both one-on-one and in resource classroom settings. Your primary mission will be to help facilitate student learning and achievement in alignment with individual education plans (IEP) and planning and placement team (PPT) directives. Responsibilities:

Provide support tailored to the student's unique needs, with a focus on promoting engagement and learning. Implement accommodations and assistive strategies to support the student's academic and communication abilities. Collaborate closely with teachers and other educational staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Monitor the student's progress and report observations to inform instructional adjustments. Foster social and behavioral skills development through consistent and patient interaction.
