Paraprofessional – School Based, 25-26
School Year and Beyond Location :
Opportunities Across Multiple Districts Schedule :
Varies per assignment, typically Monday-Friday, school hours
Pay :

What You'll Do:
Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and educational development. Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs. Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions. Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom. Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports. Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building. Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.
