We are currently seeking a full-time Park Desk Clerk to work in the front desk division at Pine Mountain State Resort Park. Pine Mountain is located 15 miles from Cumberland Gap National Park and the oldest state park in Kentucky. We are comprised of a hotel/lodge, cabins, cottages', restaurant, convention center, 18-hole golf course, pool, natural amphitheater, picnic shelters, nature center and hiking trails. Primary duties of the Park Desk Clerk Supervisor Position include but are not limited to the following. Maintains public relations with guests and employees. Works with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience. Greets guests in a courteous and professional manner. Receives, confirms, and cancels reservations of guests over phone and in-person. Posts charges and payments to guest accounts. Checks guests in/out in a friendly, efficient manner. Answers guest's inquiries on the phone and in person. The Kentucky Department of Parks offers and outstanding compensation and benefits package for full-time employees.
