Parking Attendant Job Summary Want to be part of something

As a Parking Attendant at Anakeesta, you'll be the first friendly face our guests meet. Your focus will be on ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming arrival by managing traffic flow and assisting with guest needs—all while upholding the magical Anakeesta experience. Your Responsibilities Greet guests and provide directions, information, and assistance. Use a mobile device to manage license plate lookup and ticket issuance. Ensure all guests pay and park in designated spaces. Monitor parking traffic patterns and assist with guest drop-off/pick-up. Maintain cleanliness of the Parkway, parking areas, trash bins, and restrooms. Maintain and restock parking pay kiosks and related supplies. Provide basic guest issue resolution or escalate to supervisor as needed. Collaborate with the Transportation team to manage traffic flow. Stay informed on Anakeesta's policies (e.g., pet policy, ADA, lost & found). Use two-way radios to stay in sync with team members and supervisors. Assist guests with unloading items if needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 18 years of age or older Proficient communication skills. Professional, friendly, and a positive-solution oriented attitude required Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Able to push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, and crawl Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time on uneven ground Able to work in all-weather conditions.
