Parking Lot Attendant - Part Time

Candidate should be friendly and have outstanding customer service skills. You will work with other attendants to provide a secure and safe facility for guests/patients under the direction of the facility manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently retired individual that is looking to work a few hours a day, in a professional office complex, environment. Job Responsibilities Greet and assist patients/guests by opening doors, directing them to the nearest open parking spots, helping them to exit vehicles and assisting with wheelchair access, as needed Provide customer service and information upon request, including answering general questions about the building hours and facility, providing directions and/or walking guests/patients to their desitnations. Walk facility grounds and observe area conditions to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to the proper authorities as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment by sweeping up parking areas, picking up any refuse left in the facility, shoveling and/or snow blowing sidewalks and salting as needed. Perform maintenance to barrier systems if needed or report issues to the proper maintenance staff

Job Skills & Qualifications Reqiured:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to push patients in a wheelchair, on an as-needed basis.

Preferred:

Previous parking lot service experience Work flexible hours, as needed
