Job Description

Job Summary Applicants must pass a background check and drug test. Criminal History must be clean. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of a self storage facility. This role involves performing property inspections, maintaining curb appeal, make self storage units read to rent (latch repairs, clean unit), landscaping as needed, loc, lock removal and more. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and potential security vulnerabilities. Replace hasps / latches on storage doors - minor repairs on property Maintain curb appeal Make units ready to rent Ability to work on gates is a HUGE plus Flexible around your schedule - visit the property twice a week and if there is a emergency. Additional work above the basic scope will be paid extra $$$
