Our team is committed to enhancing the lives of our residents by promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences. Position Summary We are seeking dependable, caring, and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Operational Assistants. In this role, you will support residents with daily activities and meals, provide housekeeping and laundry services for them, ensure their safety and comfort, and help create a positive and engaging community atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and lead recreational activities Support meal service and assist residents as needed Perform cleaning duties in residents' apartments Perform laundry services for residents Monitor resident well-being and report any concerns to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma required Previous experience working with older adults is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Must pass background check and drug screening Schedule & Benefits Part-time shifts 6 - 18 hours/week (including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed) Competitive hourly pay Paid training provided Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
