HR Qualifications:

1 year of call center customer service experience Microsoft office proficient Type 35

WPM Responsibilities:

• Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
• Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
• Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
• Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
• Inbound phone calls
• Pension plans, Disability,
• High volume calls
• Enter customer information
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment
• Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time
• Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
