12:00PM - 4:00PM About the Client We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a female client in her 80s in the Warm Springs area. She requires consistent care and supervision, along with hands-on support for daily needs. The client has early-stage dementia, is on oxygen, and is considered a fall risk. She benefits from a calm, patient caregiver who can provide attentive support throughout the night. Care Needs Supervision and safety monitoring Ambulation and transfer assistance (fall risk; standby to moderate support) Toileting and incontinence care (frequent overnight assistance) Bathing assistance (as needed) Dressing and grooming support Meal/snack preparation (soft foods; small bites) Medication reminders (per care plan) Encouraging fluids (with electrolytes) Companionship and reassurance Light housekeeping and laundry Pay Up to $23.00/hour, based on experience Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and reliable Comfortable providing hands-on personal care Experience with dementia and/or hospice care preferred Must be able to stay alert and responsive during overnight hours Must live in or be able to commute to Warm Springs, OR Caregiver Requirements 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license & auto insurance Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship) Pass criminal and motor vehicle background check Smartphone for charting and time entry Join our team and make a meaningful difference during critical overnight hours.
