We are hiring Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children, teens, and adults with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Whether you're entering the field or bringing prior experience, you'll receive structured training, ongoing supervision, and clear pathways for growth within a collaborative and supportive team. Why Join Aim Star Learning Comprehensive Training & Support Paid onboarding and hands-on training Ongoing supervision and in-session support from experienced BCBAs Regular feedback to help you build confidence and clinical skills Clear Career Growth Pathways Opportunities to pursue CBT certification (if not already certified) Support for BCBA supervision hours and professional development Internal growth opportunities within the organization Collaborative Team Environment Work alongside BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team A culture that values positivity communication, respect, and clinical quality Competitive Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and certification) Benefits package for full-time employees Mileage reimbursement where applicable What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Implement behavior intervention strategies and skill-building programs Collect and record data accurately during sessions Collaborate with supervisors and team members Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards (HIPAA compliant) Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn Interest in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Educatrional background in psychology, education, or a related field is highly valued Ability to follow structured treatment plans and stay organized Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus (not required) We welcome candidates who are new to the field and ready to learn, as well as those with prior ABA or RBT experience.
