• Part-time We are seeking a polished, energetic Sales Associate to join our Woodbury Commons boutique.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment, enjoys building client relationships, and delivers exceptional customer service with attention to detail. This position offers hourly compensation plus commission. Duties and Expectations Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed business goals Support daily store operations, including opening and closing support, organization, and maintaining floor standards Support inventory accuracy, stock organization, and merchandise replenishment Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are executed to reflect brand image and storytelling Proactively resolve client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach Contribute to the development and execution of clienteling and sales-driving initiatives Requirements Experience in luxury retail preferred; familiarity with childrenswear is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in POS and inventory systems (Y2 knowledge is advantageous) Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, preferred
