Part-Time Clubhouse Supervisor Eden Valley Golf Course

Eden Valley Golf Course is hiring a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Clubhouse Supervisor to help oversee clubhouse operations during golf season, especially weekends, league nights, and event days.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise daily clubhouse operations, including opening/closing procedures Assist with customer check-in, POS transactions, and guest service Support bar/snack/food service operations Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and clubhouse presentation Help coordinate leagues, tournaments, and private events Handle customer questions and service issues professionally Complete daily sales, cash, and closing reports Support and guide part-time clubhouse staff Ideal candidate: Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, bar, golf course, country club, or event operations Reliable weekend availability Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and customer service Able to lead by example and stay calm during busy periods Friendly, responsible, organized, and hands-on Alcohol service or food safety training is a plus

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week, with weekends required. Duties Supervise daily clubhouse operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment for all guests and members Manage event setups, assist with planning logistics, and coordinate activities to ensure successful execution of clubhouse events and functions Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving concerns effectively Oversee guest services including reservations, check-ins, and providing information about amenities and activities Handle cash transactions accurately for memberships, event bookings, food and beverage sales, and retail purchases Support hospitality efforts by ensuring food and beverage services meet quality standards and guest expectations Lead a team of staff or volunteers during shifts, delegating tasks efficiently to maintain smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments within resort or club settings Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team confidently and foster a positive work environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in guest services including reservations, check-in procedures, and handling guest inquiries Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy and accountability Knowledge of hospitality operations such as event coordination, food & beverage service, and facility maintenance Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of service This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your management capabilities while making a positive impact on our guests' experiences.
