Job Description

Job Description Days:
Monday -
Thursday Hours:
between 7am and 4 pm (Flexible)
AR:
Review and place in process new purchase orders received from customers Prepare packing slips, shipments and invoices, Oversee all adjustments to customer accounts Review accounts for accuracy Make collection calls and send statements.
AP:
Prepare and submit purchase orders to vendors Oversee review and posting of all bills & schedule payments Periodic reconcile all vendor accounts Apply adjustments when necessary.
Accounting:
Oversee all phases of accounting Make adjustments to and reconcile the General Ledger accounts Make necessary Journal entries Periodic audit of General Ledger Balance checking account.
General Office:
Prepare reports and analysis for management, Oversee and maintain filing system General administrative tasks
Insurance:
Get quotes and oversee coverage, Make payments and respond to audits or issues.
Payroll:
Oversee payroll process, taxes and payments, Compose audit information and maintain reports, Maintain Journal entries and post 3rd party sick pay, Maintain payroll records.
Personnel:
Administrate raises, reviews and action reports, Maintain employee records, Set up medical coverage, Respond to inquiries of employment verification, disability and unemployment.
Policy& Procedures:
Create and revise policy & procedures as necessary.
Experience:
Good organizational, verbal and communication skills Computer literate with Excel, Word, Peachtree/Sage 50 & Microsoft Outlook, Must work independently; prioritize multiple task and projects, Industrial manufacturing environment experience is a plus but not not required Must have strong work ethics and the ability to work cooperatively. Education College degree desired but not required.
