full-time Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced on-site bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures, payroll, and general office operations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience General understanding of bookkeeping procedures and payroll Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage is a plus Experience with PixelPoint Restaurant Point of Sale System is a plus Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Responsibilities Process payroll for our hotel and restaurant operations Manage accounts payable through Sage Handle cash and daily deposits Perform audit reconciliations Complete monthly inventory Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements Prepare sales reports Prepare quarterly reports Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed Compensation $21.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits 401(k)
