This position offers a flexible schedule and will serve elementary students in Elmore, Morristown, and Stowe. 802 Smiles Network is a Vermont-based, school-focused initiative that connects children to dental homes. A dental hygienist provides school-based oral health education, screenings, and assistance for families to find dentists for preventative and restorative care. Key Aspects of the 802

To establish a "dental home" for children, focusing on reducing dental decay, which is the most common chronic childhood disease.•

Target Group:

Children in low-income or rural populations, especially those who haven't visited a dentist in over a year.•

Components:
