On-Site / Field Service Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced and dependable Part-Time Diesel Tractor Mechanic to perform on-site maintenance and repairs on diesel tractors and related equipment. This position works daily from a fully equipped service truck parked on-site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of diagnosing and repairing equipment independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair late model Volvo diesel tractors Perform preventative maintenance and routine services on our fleet Complete routine maintenance, tire work, oil changes, inspections, etc. Maintain accurate service and repair records Keep service truck organized and stocked Respond to breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Experience working on diesel tractors ( Volvo experience preferred) Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently in a field environment Valid driver's license required CDL highly preferred but not required Welding/fabrication experience is a plus experience with Tech Tool is a plus Work Environment Outdoor and on-site work environment Daily work performed from a dedicated service truck Flexible part-time schedule Pay & Benefits Starting pay at $30/hour, based on experience Flexible scheduling Consistent part-time work opportunity Apply Please submit your resume or work experience along with your contact information.
