This is a hands-on role that blends property maintenance with estate operations, including coordinating trusted vendors, performing regular inspections, planning seasonal projects, maintaining service schedules, and ensuring the home and grounds are consistently safe and clean. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, handy, works independently, exercises sound judgment and discretion, and communicates proactively to prevent issues before they arise. Responsibilities Complete routine property upkeep and preventative maintenance to keep the home, grounds, and outdoor living areas well maintained Oversee landscaping and grounds care, including trimming, weeding, seasonal cleanup, and coordination of larger landscaping projects with vendors Manage residential projects, including: Pool renovation and outdoor living enhancements Sprinkler expansion and landscaping enhancements Home improvement and property enhancement projects Smaller repair and maintenance initiatives Perform minor home repairs and general handyman tasks, including replacing fixtures, tightening hardware, patching small holes, changing filters, batteries, and lightbulbs Monitor and maintain home systems and equipment, including HVAC, irrigation, lighting, plumbing, well, septic, water filtration, and other residential systems to ensure proper operation and preventative maintenance.
