Full Job Description Job Summary:

West Coast Self-Storage is looking for a part-time groundskeeper to go from Palmdale, CA. to Adelanto, CA. A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Schedule:

2 days in Palmdale and 1 day in

Job Duties:

Learns skills necessary to complete the job Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to DM (District Manager) Maintains facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.) Maintains facility systems (lights, gates, security systems, etc.) Maintains facility structures (fences, doors, etc.)

Requirements:
