Belt, MT (close to Great Falls) The Ranches at Belt Creek is a luxury guest ranch offering an elevated dining experience in a beautiful Montana setting. We pride ourselves on exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Head Server to lead our dining service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a guest-focused environment, enjoys leading by example, and has a strong background in food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily dining service operations Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests Train and mentor serving staff to maintain high service standards Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service Assist with service planning, setup, and breakdown Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Address guest needs and resolve any service issues promptly

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
