Our children, ages 9, 7, 4, and 2, each have unique interests that are growing quickly, and we're actively navigating their expanding schedules alongside our own. One parent works full-time from home with some travel, while the other has recently transitioned into a part-time role, allowing her to juggle parenting duties with her work commitments. With the complexity of two home builds—one here in Oak Brook, where we currently live, and a summer home in Michigan—we're staying busy overseeing the building process and managing all the moving parts involved. As we continue to grow and change, we're seeking someone who can step in and partner with us to keep things running smoothly. Our ideal candidate will help us maintain structure and efficiency in our home, allowing us to focus more on quality time together as a family. We value clear communication and a collaborative relationship, and we're looking for someone who can be a trusted, long-term partner in managing the home. We need someone who is not just a behind-the-scenes helper but also someone who can anticipate needs, step up when required, and help us stay ahead of daily tasks. This role will evolve with us, and we're excited to find someone who can grow with our family and be a key part of our ongoing journey. Who You Are /What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic household. You're reliable, punctual, and excited about the opportunity for a long-term fit, with the potential to grow as our needs evolve. You know how to read the room and adjust as priorities shift throughout the day—whether it's lending a hand with the kids as needed or working quietly behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. You are energized by new challenges and enjoy taking on tasks that might not be part of your usual routine. Above all, you value clear communication and maintain professionalism in every situation. We need someone who can manage both day-to-day responsibilities and unexpected tasks with ease and enthusiasm, who is flexible enough to step in when needed, and who is comfortable creating a supportive, calm environment for the family. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact in the household, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
