Part-Time Integrated Media Execution Consultant Media Execution Contractor (Remote, Part-Time)

Overview:

Seeking a hands-on media execution professional to support the day-to-day deployment, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role is execution-focused, highly collaborative, and ideal for someone who enjoys working in platforms, managing details, and keeping campaigns running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities:

Support execution of paid media campaigns across performance and brand channels including social, video, programmatic, and offline mediaBuild and maintain campaigns, swap and refresh creative assets, and update landing page URLs based on flighting and testing plansPull, validate, and QA audience sizes and segment health to ensure accurate targetingPrepare, quality-check, and distribute traffic sheets and implementation guides for internal teams and external partnersGenerate and share preliminary pacing, delivery, and performance reportsSupport direct mail execution including suppression file uploads, promo code requests, creative reviews, and proof approvalsAssist with ongoing campaign performance monitoring and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly cadencesProvide preliminary, actionable insights to support media optimization effortsSupport testing roadmaps by helping set up A/B and multivariate tests, documenting hypotheses, validating setup, and summarizing resultsContribute to team brainstorming focused on improving processes, testing new ideas, and accelerating execution through automation and tools

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of experience in media buying and/or media executionComfortable working directly in media platforms and supporting backend executionStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at onceWorking proficiency with spreadsheet tools for tracking, analysis, and reportingAbility to work approximately 20 hours per week with availability during East Coast business hoursInterest in media technology, automation, and using tools to improve efficiencyNice to
