Janitor / Custodian - Day Shift (Part‑Time)

Location:

Eldon, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable Janitor / Custodian for a clean, safety‑focused facility in Eldon. This is a part‑time opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Schedule and Pay Pay:

$17.25 per hour

Hours:

25-35 hours per week

Shift:

Day shift starting at 7:00 a.m.

Daily hours:

4-6 hours per day Janitor / Custodian Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and refilling soap, paper towels, and toilet paper daily Perform weekly detailed restroom cleaning, including toilet bases and stall walls Empty trash in office areas daily Perform floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed Use personal protective equipment correctly, including safety glasses and gloves Follow customer requirements and understand the importance of quality standards Actively support workplace safety by attending safety meetings, participating in safety walks, audits, and improvement initiatives Report unsafe conditions and assist with incident investigations and safety documentation Show initiative, accept new responsibilities, and work well with others Attend required training sessions Requirements for the Janitor / Custodian Ability to communicate clearly and work cooperatively with others Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. occasionally and 10-25 lbs. frequently Willingness to follow all safety rules and procedures Penmac Staffing offers weekly pay, along with health, dental, and vision insurance options.
