We are currently seeking a Part-Time Lead Teacher to join our growing childcare center. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator who values a warm, supportive work environment and is excited to help build a strong foundation for lifelong learning in a part time afternoon position.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Wednesday - 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. ✅

Key Responsibilities:

Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Collaborate with teachers and staff to uphold our program values Relieve other classroom teachers during breaks and transitions Assist with end-of-day routines, including cleaning and resetting classrooms

Required Qualifications:

Colorado Lead Teacher Certification Experience in early childhood education CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and classroom management skills Why Trailblazer Academy?
