Paid training provided Bring Energy, Creativity, and Joy to Senior Living Hillsbrook Village Senior Living Community is seeking a friendly, dependable, and upbeat Part-Time Life Enrichment / Activities Assistant to help create meaningful daily experiences for our residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older adults, has a positive attitude, and wants to make a real difference in people's lives. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. About the Role As a Life Enrichment / Activities Assistant, you will help plan, prepare, and lead activities for residents in our senior living community, including residents in assisted living and memory care. Activities may include games, music, crafts, social events, exercise groups, one-on-one visits, outings, special events, and dementia-friendly programming.

The goal is simple:

help residents feel connected, valued, and engaged each day. What You'll Do Assist with daily activities, events, games, crafts, music, and social programs Help engage residents in meaningful group and one-on-one activities Support residents living with dementia using patience, kindness, and clear communication Encourage participation while respecting each resident's preferences and abilities Help set up and clean up activity spaces before and after programs Assist with special events, themed programs, holiday events, and community celebrations Work with the Life Enrichment Director and care team to support resident quality of life Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and safe environment Occasionally assist with weekend activities or events as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and dependable personality Enjoys working with seniors and helping people Comfortable working with residents who may have dementia or memory loss Creative, energetic, patient, and willing to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to encourage participation without being pushy Reliable attendance and professional attitude Basic computer skills helpful Prior experience in activities, recreation, senior living, dementia care, hospitality, childcare, customer service, or healthcare is a plus, but not required Why Join Hillsbrook Village Paid training provided Supportive team environment Meaningful work with residents and families Opportunity to learn senior living, dementia care, and life enrichment programming Positive workplace culture focused on compassion, dignity, and community Modern 119-unit senior living community Room to grow within activities, senior living, and healthcare operations About Hillsbrook Village Hillsbrook Village Senior Living Community is a modern senior living community in Allenstown, New Hampshire, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
