This role is focused on managing member and prospect communications across phone, email, and in-person channels — ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who stays organized under pressure, builds rapport quickly, and understands that every touchpoint is a retention and revenue opportunity. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Communication Answer inbound calls, respond to voicemails, emails, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner Conduct outbound calls and emails to leads, members, and prospects to drive engagement and bookings Serve as a primary point of contact for athletes and families reaching out to the facility Front Desk & Operations Check athletes in and manage daily traffic flow Support scheduling and booking coordination as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment Sales Support & POS Operations Operate the point-of-sale system for memberships, sessions, and retail purchases Support in-gym promotional efforts and sales initiatives Facility & Floor Support Assist with light cleaning and general facility upkeep during downtime Provide limited on-floor support to athletes when needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or front-desk role, preferably in a high-volume environment Demonstrated ability to manage both inbound and outbound phone and email communications professionally Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, approachable presence Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure Basic technical proficiency across POS systems, scheduling tools, and email platforms Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate a wide range of personalities and situations Reliable and punctual with the ability to maintain composure in a high-energy gym environment Interest in basketball, athletics, or fitness strongly preferred What We're Looking For The right person for this role operates with urgency and accountability.
