The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is a high-activity, top-of-funnel position explicitly designed to generate self-sourced leads and set qualified sales appointments for our closing team. Key Responsibilities Execute Multichannel Cold Outreach:
Aggressively generate leads by identifying decision-makers and mapping out account acquisition strategies.
Secure Qualified Appointments:
Your primary objective is to book high-quality meetings for our Sales Closers through a strategic mix of phone calls, targeted emails, and in-person cold calls.
Gather & Leverage Cold Data:
Utilize provided AI and digital software tools to scrape, analyze, and build targeted lead lists.
Collaborate & Strategize:
Partner continuously with the Sales Team to target specific geographic areas and high-value industries based on real-time market needs. Build & Maintain the
CRM:
Meticulously log activities, update contact data, and build out our CRM infrastructure as you prospect. Qualifications We are looking for a disciplined professional with a "hunter" mindset and the technical ability to self-source opportunities.
Requirements & Preferences Experience:
Required:
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar "hunter" role.
Technical Skills:
Proven ability to pull raw data, curate lead lists, and identify key decision-makers independently.
Sales Instinct:
High activity levels and a resilient attitude; comfortable navigating rejection to find the "Yes."
Field Readiness:
Ability to balance digital outreach with active, in-person prospecting in the local market.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary :
$3,750 per month.
Commission & Bonuses :
Performance-based incentives for every qualified appointment set and closed.
