The family follows a Montessori-style approach and values connection, creativity, and keeping the kids actively engaged (minimal screen time) Their older child has autism (level 1), so they're looking for someone patient, kind, and comfortable supporting emotional regulation with a gentle, consistent approach.

What They're Looking For:

• Reliable, communicative, and nurturing
• Comfortable holding boundaries in a calm and respectful way
• Open to bringing the children to local activities/classes Experience working with children with autism is a plus.

Requirements:

Willing to pass a background check Clean driving record CPR & First Aid certified At least 3 years of paid professional childcare experience

Additional Details:
