Position Responsibilities Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance. Greet each guest warmly upon arrival and proactively offer assistance. Maintain a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk at all times. Collaborate effectively with the Front Desk team to achieve business goals. Register guests, assign rooms, verify payment, and manage reservations via the Property Management System (PMS). Handle guest folios, payments, and cash transactions accurately. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries. Perform safety and security checks throughout the shift, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property. Complete operational paperwork, cash control forms, and marketplace sales accurately and on time. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and other departments, both verbally and in writing. Assist with breakfast preparation, setup, and cleanup as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties including mopping, dusting, sweeping, and glass cleaning in public areas. Maintain clean and organized workspaces, and assist with laundry when necessary. Take immediate and appropriate action to resolve guest issues, following Comfort Service standards, and report all incidents to management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in training. Complete Choice University training within the first 30 days of employment. Document and communicate important shift information using computer logs, written records, and verbal updates. Requirements Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Availability to work 2-9 pm Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Strong communication and customer service skills.
