Part-Time On-Site Maintenance/Cleaning Personnel

Part-Time Maintenance/Cleaning Personnel (Placida) Association seeking part-time (20 hours a week), 5 days a week (Monday through Friday), on-site janitorial/light maintenance personnel in Placida/Englewood, FL. Reply with resume. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair
• Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair
• Pool maintenance
• Preventative maintenance
• Other responsibilities as assigned
