Part-Time Operations & Hospitality Coordinator

The Home Cook CT is a fast-growing prepared meal delivery and catering company serving Fairfield County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a highly organized, calm, and solutions-oriented Operations & Hospitality Coordinator to help support our kitchen, team, and day-to-day operations during an exciting period of growth and transition. This is not a traditional restaurant management role. We are looking for someone who thrives in organized chaos, enjoys problem-solving, communicates well with people, and can help bring structure and support to a fast-moving hospitality business.

Responsibilities May Include:

Assisting with daily kitchen and production flow Helping organize prep schedules and systems Supporting inventory and ordering processes Coordinating delivery logistics and timelines Assisting with catering and event coordination Helping improve operational systems and organization Communicating with staff to keep operations running smoothly Troubleshooting issues calmly and proactively Supporting ownership with administrative and operational needs Helping create a positive, accountable, team-oriented environment

Ideal Candidate:

Highly organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure and adaptable Strong communicator and natural problem-solver Hospitality-minded with a positive attitude Comfortable managing moving parts in a fast-paced environment Able to take initiative and work independently Team-oriented with low ego and strong emotional intelligence Prior experience in hospitality, catering, events, restaurant operations, production kitchens, or administrative operations preferred

Schedule:

Part-time Flexible hours depending on candidate and business needs Some Sunday-Wednesday availability preferred

Compensation:

Competitive and based on experience.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
