Join Our Cosmetic Surgery & Med Spa Team in Short Hills, NJ! Our Cosmetic Surgery Practice and Med Spa is seeking an vibrant, driven, and polished individual with top-notch customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a sharp eye for detail.

What You'll Do:

As the welcoming face and voice of our practice, you'll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for our patients.

Your day-to-day will include:

Delivering five-star service —whether answering phones, greeting patients, or guiding them through their visit Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-ins/check-outs, and financial transactions Educating clients on procedures, promotions, monthly specials, and loyalty/rewards programs Cross-selling skincare products and services with confidence and finesse

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of hospitality charm, clinical professionalism, and a passion for the aesthetics industry: High School diploma required 2+ years' experience in a medical front desk or high-end customer service setting Prior experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Poised, polished, and professional appearance Skilled multitasker with strong organizational/time management skills Passionate about cosmetic procedures and wellness Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with EMR systems (Nextech a plus) Social media savvy! (filming and posting) Absolute dedication to confidentiality and ethical standards
