This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Attend scheduled inspections at residential and commercial job sites Coordinate with city inspectors during inspections Ensure permits, plans, and job documentation are on site and ready Confirm installations are inspection-ready before inspector arrival Communicate inspection outcomes to the office and Project Managers Track corrections and assist in scheduling re-inspections as necessary Represent the company professionally in the field Requirements Construction, electrical, or permitting experience prefered Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently and mange time effectively Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, or project plans accurately. Experience in conducting inspections or site visits to monitor adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Valid and clear driver's license Comfortable traveling between job sites
