Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and implementing appropriate treatment plans. As a Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the health and well-being of our clients by effectively eliminating pests while adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess pest activity and identify potential entry points. Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on the type of pest infestation and the unique needs of each client. Apply EPA-approved pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with label instructions and safety protocols. Utilize various pest control techniques, including baiting, trapping, and chemical applications, to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations. Educate clients on pest prevention measures and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment. Document all service activities, including inspection findings, treatment plans, and recommendations, using digital reporting systems. Maintain accurate records of pesticide usage and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in pest management is a PLUS! Knowledge of common pests, their behaviors, and effective treatment methods. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
