Part-Time Recycler/Bale Operator

Vertical Converting dba Sierra Hygiene Products is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Part-Time Recycler / Baler Operator to support our recycling and warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can work independently, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient work area. This position is located in Frostburg, MD.

Responsibilities:

Operate baling equipment to compress scrap paper and recyclable materials Load finished paper bales onto trucks for shipment Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently Move materials throughout the warehouse and recycling area Maintain cleanliness and organization of recycling and storage areas Monitor bale quality and ensure materials are prepared correctly for shipment Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines Assist with general warehouse and recycling duties as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. Previous forklift experience preferred Ability to operate or learn to operate baling equipment Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail
