Job Requirements Prospective employees should have strong skills in customer service, math, cleanliness, organization, and basic computer skills. High school diploma required. Ability to work weekends and holidays with alternating schedule. Ability to lift 40 pounds. Approximately 12-24 hours weekly. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries & purchases.
• Utilize POS system and cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking salesfloor and remerchandising as necessary.
• Demonstrate strong sales skills by upselling and cross-selling to customers.
• Utilize basic math skills to calculate prices and provide accurate change to customers.
• Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to ensure clothing and accessories are displayed effectively and the store is well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
