Position of Sales Associate:

A Sales Associate at Sherper's is responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience while shopping our store. Your number one responsibility will be customer service and helping our customers locate and choose product that best meets their needs. In addition to customer service you will work closely with our Store Managers to complete daily and weekly tasks such as stocking merchandise, setting up displays, updating signage, and working on visual merchandising updates such as mannequin and store window displays.

Sales Associate Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for greeting and assisting customers.
• Responsible for keeping the store organized and clean.
• Responsible for keeping the store stocked with merchandise.
• Responsible for executing daily and weekly tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
• Opportunity to be involved with other tasks such as merchandising the sales floor and providing his or her insights to management.

Sales Associate Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service.
• Must have ability to work weekends.
• Knowledge of outdoor sporting goods.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to quickly learn company procedures as well as our point of sales system and software.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks you are given by our store managers.
